Boiler Breakdown

Before calling us out on a boiler breakdown, it would be advisable to first check the following three simple points, if your heating or hot water supply appears to be faulty, these simple steps could save you money:

1Check other gas appliances such as cookers or gas fires to make sure you definitely have a flow of gas into your home. (If there is no flow of gas, then call/notify your gas supplier.

2Depending on the model of a gas boiler, a typical operating pressure range is 1.0-1.5 bar. If your boilers pressure is below this, you will need to refill and/or restart it. Check your warning lights on your boiler and then check the manufactures instruction.

3If your pilot light is unlit, read the instructions that are usually written on the inside door of your boiler. Follow the instructions and try starting it yourself.

We do not recommend you attempt or allow anyone to repair any gas boilers or appliances that are not qualified or a registered gas installer.

• To qualify for this package you will require an annual gas boiler service by one of our Gas Service Engineers and if your boiler is deemed suitable, then you will be deemed eligible for this contract.
• An assessment and report of your boiler will be undertaken by a DeWAR Gas Service Engineer, during your annual Gas Boiler Service.
• Monthly Direct Debit Payment Options Available.
